This Copyright & Intellectual Property Notice describes the ownership and permitted use of all original content, methodologies, educational materials, trademarks, proprietary systems, and intellectual property created and distributed by EuGenius Wellness™.

All materials are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, unfair competition, trade secret, and intellectual property laws.

2. Ownership of Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content created by EuGenius Wellness™ is the exclusive intellectual property of Eugene Gant and EuGenius Wellness.

This includes, but is not limited to:

3. Copyright Protection

All written content, graphics, downloadable materials, audio, video, educational resources, and digital products are protected by copyright upon creation.

Purchase of a product grants a limited personal license to use the material.

Purchase does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

4. Personal License

Customers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use purchased materials for their own personal development.

Unless written permission is granted, customers may not:

• Copy materials.

• Share files.

• Email products to others.

• Upload materials online.

• Sell or resell content.

• Modify content for redistribution.

• Translate materials for commercial purposes.

• Remove branding or copyright notices.

5. Prohibited Uses

Without prior written permission from EuGenius Wellness, you may not:

• Reproduce substantial portions of any product.

• Teach The Reset Method™ commercially.

• Build competing coaching systems using our frameworks.

• Repackage our exercises or assessments.

• Incorporate our proprietary language into commercial products.

• Create derivative educational programs substantially based on EuGenius Wellness materials.

• Present EuGenius Wellness intellectual property as your own.

6. Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning

To protect the originality of EuGenius Wellness intellectual property, customers may not:

• Upload products or services into AI systems for the purpose of reproducing or extracting the content.

• Use EuGenius Wellness materials to train artificial intelligence models.

• Generate competing products through AI using our proprietary frameworks.

• Reverse engineer methodologies using AI-assisted tools.

• Produce derivative works through automated systems for commercial use.

Personal AI use for private reflection or note organization is permitted provided that EuGenius Wellness intellectual property is not redistributed, published, or used commercially.

7. Educational Use

Permission is granted to quote brief excerpts from EuGenius Wellness materials for educational commentary, reviews, or discussion, provided that:

• Proper attribution is given to EuGenius Wellness.

• The material is not presented as original work.

• The quoted content represents only a small portion of the overall work.

• The use complies with applicable copyright law.

This permission does not authorize reproduction of complete exercises, frameworks, assessments, or proprietary educational materials.

8. Future Certifications & Licensing

EuGenius Wellness may develop certification programs, facilitator training, licensing opportunities, or authorized practitioner pathways.

Completion of any EuGenius Wellness course or mentorship does not grant permission to:

• Teach The Reset Method™

• Certify others

• License the framework

• Market yourself as an authorized instructor

• Represent yourself as affiliated with EuGenius Wellness

unless expressly authorized in writing.

9. Trademark Notice

The following names, phrases, and identifiers are proprietary branding used by EuGenius Wellness.

This list includes, but is not limited to:

• EuGenius Wellness™

• The Reset Method™

• The Reset Cycle™

• The Reset Lens™

• Signal / Gap / Reset™

• Awareness to Embodiment Mentorship™

Use of these names in a manner likely to cause confusion regarding affiliation, endorsement, or ownership is prohibited.

Note: The ™ symbol reflects your claim of common law trademark rights. Formal registration (®) should only be used after obtaining a registered trademark.

10. Reporting Intellectual Property Violations

If you become aware of unauthorized use, copying, distribution, or misuse of EuGenius Wellness intellectual property, please notify us at:

EuGenius Wellness reserves the right to investigate and pursue appropriate legal remedies where necessary.

11. Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted in writing remain reserved by EuGenius Wellness.

Nothing contained in this notice grants ownership, licensing, partnership, certification, or commercial usage rights beyond the limited personal license provided with purchase.
