By purchasing or using EuGenius Wellness products or services, you confirm that:

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership rights to the customer.

7. Personal License of Use

When you purchase a digital product or participate in a program, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

This license allows you to:

This license does not allow you to:

10. Payments & Pricing

All prices displayed by EuGenius Wellness are listed in the currency shown at the time of purchase.

Customers agree that:

• Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or charges required by their location.

• Represent AI-generated adaptations or reproductions of EuGenius Wellness intellectual property as original work.

Personal use of general AI tools for reflection, journaling support, or personal learning is permitted provided that EuGenius Wellness materials are not uploaded, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially.

Unauthorized use of EuGenius Wellness intellectual property may result in termination of access and may lead to legal action where appropriate.

13. Confidentiality & Client Materials

Certain EuGenius Wellness services, including mentorship programs, may involve private discussions, personal reflections, assessments, strategies, and individualized materials.

EuGenius Wellness respects the confidential nature of client relationships.

Customers and clients agree not to:
